We are currently hiring Senior and Principal Ecologists nationwide, offering the opportunity to join a well-established and growing team of over 50 ecology professionals. With more than 30 years of experience and over 2,000 projects delivered across the UK and internationally, our team works on a diverse range of schemes including residential developments, major infrastructure projects, rail and highway programmes, and energy networks. Our clients include organisations such as National Grid, Environment Agency, Transport for London, Network Rail, and local authorities across the UK.
As part of our Environmental team, you will play a key role in delivering ecological assessments, biodiversity strategies, Natural Capital projects, and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), supporting sustainable development while protecting and enhancing the natural environment. Our work spans both UK and international projects, including Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments, providing you with broad and varied experience.
In these roles, you will take responsibility for leading and managing ecological projects, ensuring delivery to quality, time, and budget requirements while maintaining strong client relationships. You will provide technical leadership, support the development of junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the ecology team. There is also a strong emphasis on professional development, with opportunities to work alongside industry‑recognised experts who will support your career progression.
