The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are looking for somebody to co‑lead our team of 18 ecologists, delivering ecological support to our wide range of local authority clients and undertaking project work for Councils, water companies and other public bodies. You will contribute to maintaining and developing a high‑performing and supportive team culture, while promoting wellbeing, health and safety, and continuous professional growth. Through your leadership, you will help strengthen both the capability of the team and the ongoing success and reputation of Place Services.

You will have considerable experience of ecological practice, line management and business development, with good business awareness and preferably a working history including ecology in planning and for local authorities.
