COSMO Restaurants is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist or architect to support ongoing restaurant refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
Scope of Work
- Restaurant refurbishments
- Kitchen replacements
- HVAC and extraction upgrades
- Fire compartmentation works
- Internal reconfigurations
- Minor extensions
Responsibilities:
- Measured surveys
- Existing and proposed GA drawings
- Construction drawing packages
- Building Control submissions
- Landlord submission drawings
- As-built drawings
- Coordination with contractors and external consultants
Requirements
- UK Building Regulations
- Commercial, hospitality or retail projects
- AutoCAD (essential)
- Technical drawing production
- Consultant and contractor coordination
Drawing Standards
All drawings must be construction‑ready and suitable for direct site use. As-built drawings must include clear dimensions, annotations, setting‑out information and technical notes so that builders and contractors can confidently use them on site with minimal ambiguity. Accuracy, clarity and practical buildability are essential.
