Cornwall based, following the retirement of a principal Architectural Technologist, we are inviting applicants from a Chartered or near Chartered Architectural Technologist to undertake property survey and assessment, design (planning and Building Regulations), client liaison and contract document with works monitoring all in support of our multi-disciplinary practice of architectural and structural engineering personnel. Our projects encompass buildings of all types. Historic buildings are a speciality.
Skill requirement:
- 3 to 5 years experience in UK Design Office;
- use of common software such as AutoCAD/REVIT;
- good communicator (reports and presentation);
- self-motivated and ambitious.
