Our mission is to help customers grow valuable media brands with their content. Join our diverse group of focused, hardworking professionals who are passionate about doing work that’s challenging and fun — and who strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team. You will become an expert in the Tubular Labs platform, demonstrating its value to some of the world’s largest media companies and brands. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing, you will help prospects understand how our data solves their business challenges and opportunities, and ensure every demo and trial is set up to succeed. This role within our Sales Solutions Consulting team is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in B2B SaaS, media analytics, or a client‑facing technical role, who is eager to develop their skills at the intersection of data, media, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demos, Trials & Solution Selling
  • Platform Expertise: Become a Tubular Labs platform and customer expert, demonstrating—at both a granular and high level—the value the software provides to prospects.
  • Value Proposition Strategy: Strategically craft effective and compelling value propositions that incorporate prospects’ KPIs to advance the buying process.
  • Demo & Trial Management: Manage the prospect demo and trial process in collaboration with assigned sales representatives, ensuring prospects reach clear success criteria and understand the value of the platform.
  • Solution Selling: Ask relevant probing questions to validate business issues and frame the Tubular solution in a way that solves for the identified client needs.
  • Live Client Engagement: Bring strong presence to client calls and meetings—partnering with Sales and Customer Success to lead demos, answer questions in real time, and adapt the conversation to what the prospect or client needs.
  • Strategic Account Support
  • API Opportunity Management: Lead the scoping, qualification, and estimation of API opportunities in collaboration with Engineering and Sales, ensuring prospects have a clear understanding of integration requirements and timelines.
  • Outbound Contribution: Contribute to proactive commercial initiatives alongside Sales and Marketing, supporting targeted outreach and helping to identify and engage high‑potential prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Sales, CS & Marketing Partnership: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on active deals and accounts to ensure prospects and clients are supported throughout the buying process and beyond; collaborate with Marketing and PMM to identify what custom collateral and materials would strengthen the sales process and improve conversion.
  • Product & Engineering Partnership: Work with Product and Engineering to channel customer‑facing feedback into roadmap decisions and surface technical insights that improve the platform.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Metrics Tracking: Track demo and trial‑related metrics to further optimize the sales process.

Key Capabilities

  • Strategic Communicator: You can succinctly communicate the business value of Tubular and feel comfortable identifying and working with key stakeholders at prospect accounts to prove ROI.
  • Client Presence & Quick Thinker: You bring confidence and composure to live client interactions. You can think on your feet, respond to unexpected questions, and adjust your approach in the moment to serve the conversation.
  • Industry Savvy: You have 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing role at a SaaS, media analytics, or data vendor—ideally working with media companies or brands as customers, not just as one. Experience in a complex B2B sales environment is a strong plus.
  • Video & Social Expert: You have a strong understanding of the social video and branded content ecosystem—specifically how platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram drive business outcomes for media companies and brands.
  • Adaptable & Driven: You enjoy the fast‑paced dynamics of a startup environment and are comfortable collaborating with high‑energy sales personalities.
  • Technical Translator: You have a strong ability to listen to prospect needs and translate them into specific use cases and functionalities within our platform.
  • AI‑Curious & Tool‑Savvy: You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve how you work. An openness to adopting and iterating on AI‑assisted workflows is essential as we continue to evolve how the team operates.
  • Data Fluent: You can independently interpret data, identify trends, and build a clear narrative from raw numbers. You don’t wait to be told what the data means.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; we welcome candidates from any academic background.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing role at a SaaS, media analytics, or data vendor—ideally supporting media companies or brands as customers.
  • Experience in a complex B2B or enterprise sales environment is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in a client‑facing or customer‑facing role—pre‑sales, account management, customer success, or solutions consulting—where you regularly led or co‑led customer conversations.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the social video and branded content ecosystem, and how platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram drive measurable business outcomes for media companies and brands.
  • Ability to interact with a broad spectrum of companies and learn about their unique business needs.
  • Strong ability to listen to prospect needs and translate them into use cases and functionality within the platform.
  • Comfort working in a sales environment and collaborating with sales personalities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, start‑up company dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of media business models and how content performance data drives editorial and commercial decisions.
  • Comfort working with AI tools in day‑to‑day workflows; openness to adopting and iterating on AI‑assisted processes as the team evolves how it operates.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations; ability to discuss technical requirements confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • EMEA‑based, with comfort working across global time zones (NA, APAC, and LATAM coverage as needed).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Chartbeat provides a Standard Life pension to its UK‑based employees
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave – 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non‑birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • All full‑time U.K. employees of Chartbeat are eligible for twenty‑five (25) days of vacation.
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Annual In‑Person Event
  • The compensation range for this position is ÂŁ65k‑80k GBP per annum in the UK. We are open to other locations in EMEA – pay will be based on the local market.
