Are you ready to become a key figure in growing the UK business within one of Europe's leading paper hygiene manufacturers with the opportunity to progress into a National Account Manager position over the next 2-3 years?

This opportunity is about more than simply filling a sales territory. You'll be joining a UK business entering an exciting new chapter under the leadership of a Sales Director who has spent the last six years progressing through the organisation before recently taking responsibility for the UK & Ireland business. Now, he's building the next phase of growth and looking for somebody to join him on that journey.

You'll play a key role in expanding the company's presence across London's largest Facilities Management providers, contract cleaning companies and commercial organisations, helping establish the next phase of growth within one of the UK's most important markets. At the same time, you'll represent one of the industry's most compelling sustainability propositions, backed by a business operating in more than 70 countries worldwide and recognised as one of Europe's leading manufacturers within the washroom and hygiene sector.

The people who perform here aren't simply expected to deliver results. Just like Daniel, they're given the opportunity to grow alongside the business itself, and he wants that for you too.

What You’ll Be Doing

In short: You'll be responsible for winning new business, securing dispenser installations and helping grow the company's presence within London's largest FM providers and cleaning contractors.

How do you achieve that? You'll spend your time identifying opportunities across the FM and contract cleaning sector, building relationships with key decision makers and uncovering opportunities to replace existing washroom systems with more sustainable, cost-effective alternatives. This isn't transactional selling. You'll be developing opportunities over time, influencing multiple stakeholders and turning successful trials into long-term recurring business. If you enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll thrive in this environment.

Your New Home

You'll be joining one of Europe's largest independent manufacturers within the washroom, tissue and hygiene sector. With more than 1,700 employees, operations spanning over 70 countries and annual revenues exceeding £550m globally, the business combines the stability of a major international manufacturer with the agility of an SME sized UK function. In the UK alone, the company generates approximately £50 million in annual turnover and is continuing to invest heavily in expanding its presence across various channels.

What truly sets the business apart, however, is its unique sustainability proposition. Through a patented circular economy process, the company transforms used cartons into both tissue products and washroom dispensers; creating a genuinely differentiated solution that helps customers reduce waste, lower consumption and improve environmental performance. In short… You'll be representing a market-leading manufacturer with a story that's genuinely different from the competition.

What You Need To Apply

You'll have experience within or selling into FM companies, contract cleaning providers or similar service organisations, with a strong understanding of how these markets operate. You don't need paper hygiene or dispensing systems experience. Your background could come from cleaning chemicals, washroom solutions, hygiene consumables, janitorial products, cleaning equipment or other products sold into the FM market.

You'll be comfortable engaging Facilities Managers, Contract Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement teams, Sustainability teams and other key stakeholders responsible for cleaning, washroom and hygiene solutions. Most importantly, you'll already have an established network within the FM and contract cleaning sector. Whether you've built those relationships through new business or account management, you'll have existing connections that you can build upon quickly.

Whilst your targeted customers will predominantly be based across London, you can be located across the Midlands, East, West and wider South of England (up to Birmingham and Bristol), provided you're willing to travel into London when customer meetings, site surveys, product trials and key opportunities require it.
