Did you ever watch Top Gear and think, âWhy canât that be my job?â
Well, this is your chance to drift cars, film madness, and actually enjoy what you create, whilst earning very good money in a role of a lifetimeâŚ
What youâll be doing
Youâll start by learning and executing what already works, producing high-volume short-form videos that sell as much as they entertain.
Scriptwriting, shooting, editing (basic CapCut/Canva), and starring on camera, thatâs your foundation for the first 6-12 months.
Once youâve proven yourself, the fun escalates and youâll get creative freedom: drifting vans at Silverstone, filming in garages, running wild video challenges, and making content thatâs as entertaining as it is chaotic, all as part of your job.
This isnât a gimmick. The founder literally said, âIâd be jealous of this personâs job.â
Youâll be the face of the brand, getting your hands dirty, filming real-world madness, with real investment behind your ideas.
Think Top Gear levels of chaos and fun.
Your Founder says: âYouâre getting paid to do ridiculous cool s***ââ
And itâs not just a good time. Itâs a serious launchpad.
Youâll grow from creator to cornerstone of the brand.
Youâll start by scripting, planning, and starring in content, proving you can follow their proven formula and using data to deliver and improve on what already works.
Then youâll grow into someone people recognise, follow, and buy from.
Think Matt Watson from Carwow. He started as the content guy. Now he is the brand.
Youâll front every major campaign.
Their words: âIf theyâre the right person, they canât not become famous. If they donât, weâve done it wrong.â
And whatâs that worth? Potentially everything.
Buy the car youâve always wanted. Put down a deposit on that dream house. This isnât just creative freedom. Itâs financial freedom.
With up to ÂŁ90k earning potential in year one, youâre not just earning a salary. Youâre building a stake in something that grows with you.
Youâll also get access to equity in the business within 5 years so everything you do goes straight back into your pocket long term, which is very rare.
Youâll progress and develop fast, too.
Take Sana. She joined 18 months ago with almost no experience.
Now sheâs being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, with equity and a path to earnings and growth she never expected.
This is what happens when you deliver. They donât just reward you, they invest in you. Do well here, and the lifestyle you imagined for âone dayâ becomes your reality a lot sooner.
Where You\\\âll Be Doing it
Your company is one of the biggest disrupters in the automotive and industrial world.
They make disposable gloves, but not the flimsy, one-size-fits-none boring kind.
These are job-specific, tough-as-nails gloves built for real trades: mechanics, detailers, builders, the people who burn through cheap gloves and are sick of it.
People call them indestructible. One customer said, âThese are so strong, Thanos could wear them.â
The first of their kind in the UK.
Theyâve earned over 2,000 five-star reviews from users who love the product because it works.
Theyâve gone from zero to ÂŁ500k in year two, with seven figures in sight this year. No external funding. A five-person team. A product people go out of their way to buy.
TikTok alone brought in over ÂŁ200,000 in organic revenue last year through content and live selling. Theyâre part of the top 2% of sellers awarded TikTokâs Star Shop badge, a marker of high-performing, high-converting stores.
What skills you\\\âll need to apply
- Minimum 1 year in marketing, or a marketing degree
- A genuine obsession with content and marketing
- Confidence being on camera (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience creating short-form video content and editing with tools like CapCut and Canva
- An understanding that messaging and copywriting matter just as much as visuals
- Willingness to use data to improve, and resilience to accept what the numbers say
- Ability to connect with a trade-heavy audience, with humour and edge, avoiding stiff corporate speak
- Based in the UK and able to work full-time in Slough (scope for hybrid later once proven)
- A full UK driving licence
