The Products

As an established leader in the engineering and manufacturing of high-performance air and gas handling solutions, we are now at the forefront of the energy transition offering products in Hydrogen, Emissions Reduction and CCUS applications.

The Training

Our Graduate Programme follows the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IET. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.

Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK program also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate led European network for engineering graduates.

What do you bring?

To be considered for our graduate scheme you should hold either an MEng or BEng (Hons) degree in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Discipline. In addition to your qualification, we encourage applications from individuals who can operate autonomously, taking responsibility at early stages as well as being effective within diverse team situations. You will be expected to share best practice and learnings with others to influence new ways of working and improve processes.
