An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and driven Private Client Solicitor or fully qualified Legal Executive to join Charsley Harrison's renowned Wills & Probate team. You will be joining a highly respected private client team who have considerable knowledge in relation to managing affairs and dealing with the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
About the role
- You will undertake a full private client caseload which will include drafting Wills and LPAs, dealing with the administration of estates and trust work.
- Deliver high quality service and ensuring that your clients are advised and supported throughout the entire service.
- To apply firm and departmental processes and procedures. This would include achieving agreed fee earning and caseload targets.
- Participate in business generation activities including identifying and attending appropriate networking opportunities.
- Advising on related tax matters.
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive with at least 2+ Years PQE.
- Evidence of dealing with non-contentious private client work.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Case management experience.
- Risk management skills.
- Interest and ability in business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary client care skills.
- Sound IT skills – experience of Microsoft packages. Full training on document management and practice management systems will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
