At M & C Home Care Limited (trading as Charnwood Community Care), we provide high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to individuals within our local community. We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Care & Support Assistant to join our growing team.
Important Information

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to their own vehicle.
- Have the right to work in the UK.

Pay & Benefits
- £13.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
- £14.00 per hour – Weekends
- £0.45 per mile mileage allowance
- Travel time paid at National Minimum Wage between calls.
- Paid DBS

Working Pattern
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 (including alternate weekends)
- Shift times: 07:00 – 15:00, 14:00 – 22:00
The Role
- Support individuals in their own homes with personal care.
- Assist with medication (following training and policy)
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow care plans and risk assessments.
- Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards
