We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate children's residential care professional who is ready to step up and develop into a Children's Home Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new children’s home and be part of building something special from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and senior team, gaining valuable experience in leadership, safeguarding, compliance, staff management and the day-to-day running of a children's home.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a children's residential home
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in children's residential
- Hold a Level 3 or 4 diploma in Children's Residential
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s care
- A natural leader with energy, ambition and a positive attitudeSomeone who genuinely wants to progress into management
