Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of Loughborough Town Hall for audience members and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Serve drinks and snacks at the main bar or at events upstairs; usher audiences into the auditorium; assist with ticketing queries at the Box Office.
Qualifications
- Preference given to candidates with previous experience in the bar or hospitality trade; full training will be provided.
- Due to drinking age requirements, all candidates must be over 18 years old as of 30 October 2025.
- Friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills; good problem-solving abilities; ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
