We are looking for a passionate individual to help us make a difference to local communities in Charnwood, Leicestershire. The role involves assisting elderly tenants in moving to new homes due to the closure of current accommodations, ensuring effective liaison, addressing issues and queries, and supporting applications to external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to elderly tenants during relocation to new homes.
- Ensure effective liaison and communication with tenants and external agencies.
- Assist with issues and queries related to tenancy and relocation.
- Support applications to external agencies for services and support.
- Work outside normal office hours when necessary.
The person
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working with elderly or vulnerable tenants.
- Understanding of the needs of elderly in supported housing.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
