Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC! The Council is recruiting for a Service Charges Project Officer, on a fixed term contract to March 2028.
The Role
- Leading and delivering the service charge implementation project in the levying of agreed service charges to our tenants.
- Supporting and administering the actual delivery of service charging to council tenants and managing the implementation phases of the project.
- Creating and establishing an effective administration and reporting system for the levying and collection of service charges to council tenants.
- Delivering an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.
The Person
We are looking for a competent individual who is both technically experienced in service charging but who also is customer-focused and a team player. A knowledge of relevant Housing Law and an ability to analyse complex data and present information effectively is essential for this role.
