We're on the lookout for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire. The role involves working as part of the Council Tax Recovery Team, with primary responsibility for liability order debt recovery, negotiating and monitoring payment plans with customers and ensuring vulnerable debtors are given support and help.
We are looking for an organised individual who has a positive attitude to help improve the service we provide. You will require strong administration and communication skills and have experience of dealing with members of the public, with the ability to be able to manage your own workload.
