Charnwood Borough Council is searching for the latest member of the Landlord Services Team. The Role

The Repairs Business Support Manager will manage the Business Support and Resident Liaison Teams to support delivery of a high-quality, customer focussed, repairs and investment service.

The role requires the candidate to track, and monitor all repairs, from identification to completion, working with colleagues to optimise service efficiency, productivity, and quality. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, tailored systems and procedures to support the efficient delivery of repairs in a way which meets the needs of customers, regulatory standards, and legislation. Produce and develop performance management frameworks, analyse data and performance, provide insight, and identify service improvements.

You will preferably hold a degree level education or the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience as set out in the person specification.
