Hours:Full-Time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)

Charnwood Borough Council is seeking skilled and dedicated tradespeople to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. We have exciting opportunities available in both ourEmpty Homes (Voids) Teamand ourResponsive Repairs Service.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the local community. Whether you\’re helping to bring empty properties back into use to a high standard or delivering timely, high-quality repairs to our residents, your work will have a real impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised trade qualification or significant hands-on experience in a relevant trade
  • Strong understanding of current health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
