The predicted salary is between 37280 - 39152 £ per year.

Salary: £37,280 to £39,152 plus an essential car user allowance of £1,003.44 per annum. (This is reviewed annually for eligibility) and a Market Premia of £1,766.00 per annum. (Until the end of February 2027).

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Asset Team focused on delivering excellent customer services within the Repairs and Investment section of Landlord Services. Reporting to the Project Building Surveying Team Leader, you will play a lead role in the successful management of specific capital works programmes under this and other contracts to improve our housing stock of over 5700+ properties.

With the ability to successfully work in partnership, you will ensure that our objectives around high quality, communication, and customer care are delivered, in line with agreed budgets, and that key performance indicators are met.

The role requires candidates to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of building construction methods and materials sufficient to identify and diagnose defects and arrive at appropriate solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be computer literate, work well within a team of like-minded individuals.

You should have a HNC in construction or an equivalent qualification in a construction / trade related discipline is required and a driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel throughout the Borough is required.
