Contractual hours: 22 hours per week average, worked across a fixed 24-week rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Role Overview
As a Street Warden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with parking regulations and contributing to the overall safety and cleanliness of our community. This role involves:
- Enforcing parking regulations, managing car park operations, and addressing environmental issues such as littering, dog fouling, and waste problems.
- Patrolling the borough on foot or by vehicle, providing a visible presence and reassurance to the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce on-street parking regulations, issuing Parking Charge Notices for violations.
- Ensure car parks operate smoothly, attend to minor machine faults, and assist customers with their enquiries.
- Address environmental issues such as littering, dog fouling, and waste management.
- Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle throughout the Borough.
- Offer support and advice to businesses and landowners to tackle issues affecting them.
- Report defective signs, road markings, and abandoned vehicles.
