Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a proactive Programme Delivery Manager to lead capital and revenue budgets for Landlord Services and drive asset management of the housing stock.
You will oversee the housing major improvement programme and ensure compliance and safety across gas, asbestos and energy measures.
You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver value for money and high customer care while adapting to evolving regulations such as Awaab’s Law.
