Based at Charnwood Borough Council, Southfield Road, Loughborough. Charnwood Borough Council’s Human Resources department would like to recruit HR Process Support Officers who would be willing to work on an occasional basis to support and provide notes of formal HR processes including, but not exclusively disciplinary; attendance; and grievance investigations. The nature of the work is highly confidential, and the postholder must be able to demonstrate a professional level of understanding of the consequences of any breach of confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Experience of providing thorough and accurate notes within a tight timescale is essential.
