Position Overview: A new role for an experienced benefits professional to develop and diversify skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the benefits manager and team leaders, design and implement quality checking and performance monitoring frameworks;
- Assist with training staff, system reconciliation, subsidy management, audit and recovery of overpayments.
Qualifications:
- Current experience with Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support;
- Self‑motivated, organized, excellent IT skills;
- Focused attention to detail;
- Knowledge of benefits legislation;
- Strong questioning and analytical skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team.
