The predicted salary is between 30 - 30 £ per hour.

The Human Resources department is recruiting HR Process Support Officers to work on an occasional basis, supporting and providing detailed notes for formal HR processes, including disciplinary, attendance and grievance investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide notes of formal HR processes.
  • Maintain and demonstrate a professional understanding of the consequences of breaching confidentiality.
  • Deliver thorough and accurate notes within tight timescales.
  • Attend meetings at Charnwood Borough Council Offices, Southfield Road as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing thorough and accurate notes within tight timescales.
  • Experience of HR processes is helpful.
