We are looking for a passionate, customer‑focused team player who wants to help improve local communities in Charnwood.
We are recruiting a Housing Standards Assistant to join our expanding Housing Standards team and support the delivery of the Renters' Rights Act 2025.
Job responsibilities
- Work with the Housing Standards Team to drive up standards in the private rented sector.
- Assist with all housing standards functions, including responses to complaints about management and conditions in the private rented sector and property licensing.
- Provide advice to tenants, landlords and letting agencies in relation to housing standards and licensing.
