The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
Join our empty homes (Voids) team to turn around empty properties quickly and to a high standard for residents to move in. You will work alongside our builders assisting with fencing, paving, brick laying, pointing and other external works. Basic cleaning and clearance duties may be requested and you will assist with our legionella management process in empty homes. Other duties may include material deliveries and collections, so van driving skills are essential.
