- Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary, trusted liaison for businesses, trade customers, and stakeholders, ensuring an efficient, responsive, and seamless customer journey.
- Service Streamlining: Optimise operational processes for the planning and delivery of our commercial, bulky, and garden waste collection streams throughout the entire year.
About You
We are looking for an enterprising professional with sharp commercial acumen who thrives on turning operational challenges into financial and administrative successes.
To succeed, you will need:
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to facilitate site visits and customer meetings across the borough.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to manage services with a focus on hitting financial targets and mitigating income risks.
- A sound understanding of environmental legislation, trade waste compliance, and Duty of Care obligations.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to act confidently as a single point of contact for diverse business stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational skills to help the management team strategically plan service delivery across the calendar year.
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, contract monitoring, and commercial account handling.
