You will administer systems and processes to record, track, and resolve damp, mould, and disrepair cases, working alongside on-site technical officers, contractors, and the Council's legal services team. Day-to-day duties include raising repairs orders, booking appointments, processing invoices, assembling performance data, and responding to customer queries and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused role, be confident using various software packages to input data accurately and efficiently, and be comfortable communicating with customers, colleagues, and contractors by phone and email.
