As a Joint Building Control Service for Charnwood and North West Leicestershire District Councils, we are proud of our ambitious, forward-thinking Building Control team. We are looking for a talented, registered, and motivated Class 2A to F Building Control Surveyor to join us. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A confident, experienced professional with 5+ years in building control plan checking and site inspections
- Registered at Class 2A-F with the Building Safety Regulator
- A chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g. CABE, CIOB)
- Technically strong with a solid grasp of current legislation
- Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
