We are currently looking to recruit a Benefits Overpayment Recovery and Control Officer to join our busy department.

The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring debts owed to the council are collected promptly, while maintaining a professional and supportive approach to all customers. This role also involves aspects of monitoring and reconciliation of the council's Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy are maintained.

We are looking for a candidate who:
