Built on a "Residents First" ethos and over 45 years of residential management heritage, we combine modern technology with rigorous compliance discipline to change what good property management looks like.
The role is an entry-level opportunity to build a genuine career in property compliance and building safety. You will work directly alongside our Compliance Manager, who will train and support you as you develop, and you will be supported through relevant professional qualifications in compliance or property management as part of your ongoing development.
You will gain hands-on exposure to live portfolios from day one, helping us establish an accurate, evidenced compliance position across newly inherited and existing sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requesting, chasing and collating compliance documentation from property managers and contractors
- Supporting Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions and maintaining clear audit trails
- Assisting with the ongoing monitoring and audit of statutory compliance obligations across the portfolio
- Supporting Building Safety Cases and the Golden Thread of information for Higher-Risk Buildings
- Preparing compliance reporting and maintaining accurate tracking documents and systems
What we're looking for: A background in compliance is not required — what matters is that you are organised, methodical and genuinely interested in learning. Ideally you will have:
- A strong administrative background, ideally within property management, housing, facilities or a regulated environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort learning new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with property managers, contractors and residents
- A methodical, detail-focused approach to data and documentation
- A full UK driving licence for occasional site visits
This role offers a clear, structured career path within a fast-growing business, including support towards professional qualifications in compliance or property management, direct mentorship from senior team members, and the opportunity to play a genuine role in improving safety outcomes for residents.
