Key requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
- Experience of successful teaching within Key Stage 2
- Excellent classroom practitioner
- Understanding of a range of strategies to raise pupil achievement
- Knowledge of inclusion strategies for engaging all learners
- Able to communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Excellent, positive behaviour management skills
