This is a rare opportunity to influence the health, wellbeing and occupational health standards of a workforce of over 34,000 people delivering the new High-Speed Railway.
Reporting to the Head of Occupational Health, you ll play a strategic leadership role, ensuring HS2 s Tier 1 contractors and their supply chains deliver occupational health standards that exceed statutory requirements.
You ll also oversee the performance of HS2 s Occupational Health service providers, ensuring high-quality services are delivered across the organisation.
Please note: This is not an Occupational Health Practitioner role and does not involve managing patients or carrying a clinical caseload.
Instead, this is a strategic programme management and assurance position focused on governance, contractor assurance, service management and continuous improvement.
