This is a high-impact opportunity for an MEP Digital Engineering specialist to take a leading role in shaping BIM delivery, digital standards, and engineering coordination across a portfolio of complex UK building services projects.
You will sit within a dedicated Digital Engineering function, working at the centre of how MEP design information is developed, coordinated, and delivered. This is a hands-on technical role, but also one that requires leadership, influence, and a genuine passion for improving how teams use BIM to deliver better design outcomes.
You will not just produce or coordinate models; you will actively shape how MEP digital engineering is done across an award-winning national consultancy reporting to the MEP Digital Engineering Lead.

You will act as a key technical leader within the MEP Digital Engineering function, responsible for driving BIM integration, digital workflows, and engineering data quality across projects.
You will support the development of digital standards, coordinate national MEP BIM communities, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple offices and project teams.
A core part of the role is improving how digital engineering is used in practice, from Revit MEP content development and tool integration through to project delivery workflows, automation, and data-driven design processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of MEP Digital Engineering strategy and standards
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP content, families, and templates
- Improve BIM coordination workflows across multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards (including ISO 19650)
- Integrate digital tools including Revit, ACC, IES, and related platforms
- Deliver training and mentoring to engineers and technicians
- Support project teams with BIM coordination and technical queries
- Contribute to digital improvement initiatives and innovation
- Support bid and project capability input where BIM expertise is required
- Help embed consistent digital engineering practices across offices
- Strong Revit MEP experience (advanced user capability)
- Solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650 preferred)
- Background in Building Services Engineering (MEP consultancy environment)
- Experience in design coordination or BIM delivery roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to share knowledge effectively
- Passion for mentoring, training, and improving team capability
- Comfortable working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Proficiency in Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC))
