You will be responsible for delivering high-quality,inclusive teaching that builds on children’s individual strengths, interestsand prior learning, while creating a safe, nurturing and stimulatingenvironment in which they can flourish. You will inspire curiosity, encourageindependence and help children develop the confidence and skills they need asthey begin their educational journey.
The successful candidate will:
- Fulfil theprofessional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’Pay and Conditions Document
- Meet theexpectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
- Ensure the highest possible standards of teaching andlearning for a group of pupils
- Lead and manage a class team and ensure the safety andwell-being of children and colleagues
- Be aware of and comply with policies and proceduresrelating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality anddata protection and report all concerns to the Headteacher (or delegated memberof staff)
