Charlton Hill Surgery is seeking an experienced respiratory nurse to join our dedicated practice nursing team. You will lead COPD/asthmatic care, educate and support patients, and handle immunisations, cytology, QOF reviews, and travel health.
The role is 30 hours weekly, Monday to Thursday, with flexibility for three days. The practice comprises 7 GP partners, 5 associate GPs, 2 ANPs, and a 4-nurse team, serving 15,600 patients.
