Job Details
Job Title: Foundation Phase Coach
Location: Sparrows Lane Training Ground
Salary: £TBC (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Part time / matchdays inclusive
- Monday 5pm-7pm
- Wednesday 5pm-7pm
- Friday 5pm-7pm
- Sunday 9am-1pm
- 10 hours per week or as required
We are looking for a foundation phase coach to join our team and play an important role in supporting the club’s continued growth and success.
Working within a fast-paced professional football environment, you will contribute to delivering high standards across the club while helping create an environment where players, staff and supporters can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- To coach an age group squad for 3 sessions per week and to joint-manage the team for all matches.
- To undertake all necessary administrative tasks and attend all relevant club events.
- This role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues across the club in a dynamic sporting environment where flexibility, teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Ability to coach with creativity and clarity, the fundamentals of the game within a structured framework.
- Ability to deliver high-level of care towards young people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of coaching elite / high level players of school age.
- UEFA B

Experience working within elite sport is beneficial but not essential for many roles – what matters most is attitude, commitment and a willingness to contribute to the success of the club.
