This position is offered on a zero-hours contract and is ideally suited to someone who can commit to working the Women's home fixtures throughout the season. This typically includes:
- Approximately 13 Women's league home matches per season
- Additional cup fixtures, where applicable
- Matchdays are generally held on Sundays
There may also be opportunities to work across other matchday operations, including hospitality for both the Men's and Women's teams. These duties may include:
- Reception responsibilities on matchdays
- Hosting guests within hospitality lounges during fixtures, including Men's evening matches
We are looking to recruit a professional, welcoming and reliable Casual Matchday Receptionist to support the delivery of our matchday operations, with a primary focus on Women's first-team fixtures. Working within a fast-paced professional football environment, you will contribute to delivering high standards across the club while helping create an environment where players, staff and supporters can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service on matchdays.
- Welcome and direct players, officials, guests, supporters and visitors.
- Manage reception and accreditation processes where required.
- Respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with the smooth operation of matchday activities and visitor management.
- Support hospitality operations by welcoming guests and providing hosting duties within hospitality lounges.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across matchday and hospitality teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.
- Follow all club policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable and organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced matchday environment and able to remain professional under pressure.
