We are looking for a foundation phase coach to join our team and play an important role in supporting the club’s continued growth and success. Working within a fast-paced professional football environment, you will contribute to delivering high standards across the club while helping create an environment where players, staff and supporters can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coaching an age group squad for 3 sessions per week and joint-managing the team for all matches.
  • Undertaking all necessary administrative tasks and attending all relevant club events.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the club in a dynamic sporting environment where flexibility, teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Essential Experience / Qualifications

  • Ability to coach with creativity and clarity, the fundamentals of the game within a structured framework.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of care towards young people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of coaching elite/high-level players of school age.
  • UEFA B.
