Charlton Athletic Football Club is seeking an Academy Education Lead to oversee education for players aged 9-16 within our Foundation and Youth Development phases. You will connect school life with academy learning and wellbeing, working with schools, families and coaches to tailor support.
You will coordinate the U15/U16 hybrid training programme, monitor attendance and attainment, and provide regular feedback to schools.
