Overview: Please note this is a 12-month FTC. You will be a great partner to cross functional teams (from product development, marketing, communications, legal, and digital, to our creative associates and regional teams). You will help plan, monitor, and deliver a variety of projects, always keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project cycle. Communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity will be at the forefront of everything you do. Leading all stages of project management, from briefing through to execution. Identifying timelines, dependencies, and management of workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regular project updates with cross functional teams and keep stakeholders up to date on progress.
- Serve as a point of contact and a "go to" person for design requests across the business.
- Support and advise Director of Design and Design team on future planning and priorities.
- Create, monitor and continuously improve global and regional processes.
- Provide a holistic overview and management of product briefs, campaigns, communications assets, and ad hoc projects.
- Maintain a diplomatic and collaborative approach to working cross functionally.
- Participate in design reviews, presentation meetings and 121s with Line Manager.
Who you will work with: Reporting into the Director of Design.
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced, super organised, and confident Senior Project Manager to join our highly productive in-house Design Team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with creatives in house, or agency side, thorough knowledge of design processes for packaging and print, as well as experience using project management systems such as Monday.com, Esko etc. You will be essential to the organisation in delivery of all new product design assets, PR, partnerships and marketing collateral, as well as planning for strategic business priorities in relation to creative output. A background specifically in Global Beauty would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience within a Project Manager role (experience using PM tools essential e.g. Esko, Monday.com).
- Highly organised and very detail oriented team player, able to create a plan to achieve the vision, and deliver business goals.
- Able to navigate and negotiate around obstacles to create positive outcomes, does not shy away from difficult conversations.
- Demonstrates strong judgment in their decision-making ability.
- Hands-on practical approach, willing to get "stuck in" when necessary.
