And as we continue to break records across countries, channels and categories, we’re looking for extraordinary talent to join us.About the roleThe Supply Chain Profit Protection Analyst plays a critical role in protecting company assets, inventory, profitability, and brand reputation across the end-to-end supply chain. The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with inventory management, logistics operations, distribution, transportation, third-party service providers, and operational processes.Combining data analytics, investigations, risk management, internal controls, and audit support, the role will drive initiatives that reduce losses, strengthen governance, support improving inventory accuracy, and enhance operational effectiveness.A key focus of this position is the management and enhancement of the supply chain control environment, ensuring appropriate controls are embedded across business processes and that internal and external audit requirements are effectively supported.Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Internal Audit, and external partners, the successful candidate will contribute to a culture of accountability, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.As a Supply Chain Profit Protection Analyst you willSupply Chain Risk ManagementIdentify, assess, and monitor risks across 3PLs, transportation networks, inventory management activities, and third-party contract manufacturingSupport the development and implementation of supply chain profit protection and risk mitigation strategiesConduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend practical control improvementsInventory Integrity & Loss PreventionAnalyse inventory discrepancies, stock losses, damages, shrinkage trends, and operational exceptions across the supply chainSupport cycle count and stocktake programmes, ensuring audit compliance, accurate reporting and timely resolution of findingsMonitor inventory movements and transactional data to identify unusual activity and emerging risksPartner with Inventory Control teams to improve inventory accuracy and strengthen stock management processesInternal Controls & External AuditSupport the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain profit protection controlsEvaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and identify opportunities for improvementConduct compliance testing to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and governance requirementsPartner with Supply Chain, Finance, and operational stakeholders to embed effective controls within day-to-day processesCoordinate and support internal and external audit activities relating to inventory management, logistics operations, asset protection, and supply chain riskTrack audit findings, monitor remediation plans, and ensure agreed actions are completed within required timeframes.Support the development and maintenance of policies, standard operating procedures, and control frameworksData Analytics & ReportingIdentify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks through data analysis and make recommendations for corrective actionPresent findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior managementSupport business decision-making through the provision of meaningful risk and performance analysisContinuous Improvement & ComplianceMonitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and security requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficienciesSupport projects and initiatives designed to strengthen supply chain resilience and reduce lossesPromote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the businessStakeholder ManagementProvide guidance and subject matter expertise on profit protection, controls, inventory integrity, and supply chain risk managementSupport training and awareness initiatives to enhance compliance and control effectivenessWork collaboratively with 3PL providers and external partners to maintain agreed standards and controlsWho you will work withReports To: Senior Global Supply Chain Profit Protection and Risk ManagerAbout youExperience in Profit Protection, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain Risk, Internal Controls, Audit, Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related fieldExperience conducting investigations into stock loss, inventory discrepancies, fraud, theft, or operational incidentsExperience supporting internal and external audit programmes and managing the completion of audit actionsExperience analysing operational, financial, or inventory data to identify risks and improve performanceExperience working with stakeholders across operational and corporate functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insightsStrong understanding of risk management principles and internal controlsAbility to assess control effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis techniquesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectivelyExcellent stakeholder
