In this role you will shape Charlotte Tilbury’s global partnerships program to unlock new audiences and drive commercial growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build compelling propositions, and lead complex activations from concept to delivery. This position sits at the intersection of brand, media, and technology as part of a fast-paced, global business. You’ll partner with external brands and internal teams to deliver measurable impact and learnings, contributing to the company’s disruptive growth and cultural momentum.

Responsibilities
- Strategy and Partner Identification: help develop global partnerships strategy, identify high-potential opportunities, build trusted partner relationships, create compelling propositions, monitor trends and competitive activity
- Negotiation and Internal Sell-In: support proposals, commercial frameworks, and negotiations with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams; craft business cases and leadership presentations; ensure internal alignment
- Partner Management, Activation and Delivery: lead partnerships through full delivery cycle; brief agencies and teams; manage milestones and budgets; serve as primary contact between partners, agencies and CT; coordinate across Global/Regional teams; evaluate performance and extract learnings
Key requirements
- Significant experience in global brand or commercial partnerships, business development or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and build a high-quality partnership pipeline
- Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements
- Strong external network and senior-level relationship-building skills
- Experience leading cross-functional activations from concept to delivery
- Experience creating proposals, business cases and senior leadership presentations
- Experience collaborating across global and regional teams in a fast-paced consumer business
- Founder-led business experience is ideal
