About the role
The Project Coordinator is the gatekeeper to the Creative Services Team, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for capturing briefs from multiple internal teams including global & local marketing, PR, social, VM, and digital. They will build timeline plans, brief the different team members across the internal creative studio, and deliver the projects on time, while sharing regular project updates and statuses to the leadership team.
Alongside the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will also be in charge of delivering many creative outputs from Charlotte Tilbury’s global campaigns and product launches across multiple formats and marketing channels, from TV advertising, OOH, in-store, PR, social, and digital.
You will thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment, using your previous experience as a project manager either in-house or at an advertising agency to great effect.
As a Project Coordinator you will
- Lead, execute and deliver briefs received in Charlotte Tilbury’s internal creative agency, including campaign images and videos adaptations, social deliverables, marketing, and corporate activations.
- Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering all project components and dependencies.
- Serve as the liaison between different teams, including marketing, copy, translations, creative, design, and production, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members working on your project.
- Manage reviews and approval with key creative and senior stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them to avoid project delays.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of creative output throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
About you
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably in a creative or design-oriented environment, in agency or in-house.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Trello, Monday.com, Google Suite, Office…)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
