The Global Performance Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and optimizing creative strategies that fuel full‑funnel performance marketing. This exciting role blends creative excellence with social trend analysis and passion for social media marketing & advocacy, ensuring that content & campaigns drive measurable business impact. This role is a global marketing role and sits within the Global Brand Marketing team, where you’ll work closely with UGC content creator agencies, brand category teams, Creative Agency and performance marketers, to deliver high‑performing creative assets, manage UGC content creation workflows end‑to‑end, and translate insights into actionable creatives. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity covering maternity leave.

Full Funnel Performance Marketing Strategy Support

  • Support Head of Creative Performance & Strategy and Brand Marketing teams to translate growth objectives into creative strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Identify creative opportunities across channels, primarily social media to improve efficiency and scale.

Content & Creative Execution

  • Work closely with brand marketing, art directors & copy teams to project‑manage the delivery of awareness & consideration performance marketing ads.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team to build & deliver locally relevant, local language PM ads.

End‑to‑End UGC Campaign Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of UGC campaigns, working with external UGC agency—from creator sourcing and briefing to content review, approvals, and deployment.
  • Build and maintain a pool of creators aligned with brand values and performance needs.
  • Ensure UGC content meets platform requirements, brand guidelines, and performance objectives.
  • Lead creative storyboarding for all innovation & always‑on content based on full funnel strategy.
  • Own internal approval processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep track of contracts, usage rights, and compliance.

Agency & Partner Collaboration

  • Act as the day‑to‑day contact for creative, brand, performance marketing and production partners on performance marketing creatives.
  • Ensure agencies and partners deliver against briefs, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with advocacy and organic social teams to identify best performing content to leverage as paid media boosting.

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyse creative performance reports from performance marketing teams, identifying social media trends, patterns, and opportunities and report to extended marketing teams.
  • Share insights proactively to influence future creative direction and testing roadmaps.
  • Maintain a library of best‑performing creative examples and learnings.

About You

  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their creative best practices in the beauty industry.
  • Experience in agency briefings and creative storyboarding.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into creative action.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong creative judgement and an eye for new exciting trends that perform.
  • Strong cross‑functional relationships and seamless collaboration with partners.
  • Brand marketing or creative agency experience is a plus.
