About the role

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering best in class marketing campaigns for new product launches to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty within the Southern European Market. In line with company objectives you will support the continued growth plans for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, expanding the brand presence and driving performance.

  • Drive trade execution of the marketing calendar in line with New Product Launches and strategic focuses.
  • Responsible for the creation and sourcing of all marketing support in line with direction from Global Marketing.
  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners.
  • Drive local eventing including the coordination of Masterclasses.
  • Develop, drive and implement promotional campaigns, special events and any other tactical opportunities as well as measuring & sharing the results of these initiatives with the wider team.
  • Support the team with the launch of the Charlotte Tilbury brand in new stores and markets across the region.
  • Budget management, including the timely and accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Offer creative support as well as administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Point of contact for all marketing related queries from the field and head office teams.
  • Create and cross check the marketing communications to head office and field teams including the timely preparation of weekly updates and Launch Activation Packs.
  • Contribution to and preparation of marketing reports as and when required.

Who you will work with

You will report directly into our wonderful Marketing Manager, Southern Europe. Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders across the business, including Global Marketing, Commercial, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners, as well as the wider EU team!

About you

You have some experience in a similar Marketing Executive position, within Beauty or Fashion. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, ruthlessly prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders with ease. You have the confidence to work well on your own as well as part of a team, you are a huge collaborator! Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment. Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge! An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view. Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results‑driven. Excellent English written and verbal skills. A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry!
