Overview
As Trade Marketing Executive in the EU Marketing team, you translate brand strategy into in-store and wholesale activation, driving commercial performance.
You will plan and execute trade marketing activities with Sales, Brand Marketing, and partners, delivering persuasive stories and impactful POS.
You’ll monitor campaigns, analyse ROI, and coordinate cross-market execution.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing plans across key retail and wholesale partners
- Launch seasonal campaigns and promotions aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Adapt brand assets for trade and channel needs (POS, toolkits, sell‑in decks)
- Support sell‑in activities and customer presentations with Sales
- Develop persuasive trade stories, presentations, and playbooks
- Support range reviews, merchandising strategy, and promotional calendars
- Monitor campaign performance using sell‑out data, retailer insights, and KPIs
- Analyse promotional ROI, distribution gains and execution quality
- Prepare post‑campaign reports with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Brand, Category, Supply Chain and Agencies for seamless execution
- Coordinate across multiple markets for local relevance and consistency
- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets for trade projects
- Key requirements
- Demonstrable experience within Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales Support or Commercial Marketing
- Experience with retail or distributor partners and promotions
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with cross‑functional influence
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and promotional data
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Power Point and Excel
- Experience with retailer tools or syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, retailer portals) advantageous
- Second European Language preferred
