Overview
As a Paid Media Executive in the Europe Marketing team, you will plan and optimise paid media campaigns across the EU landscape to drive awareness, consideration and conversion.
You will work with retailer media teams, agencies, and Global teams to ensure assets, messaging and local market needs are aligned.
You will translate global directives into local activations for launches and events, managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity and data-led approach help grow the brand across markets.

Responsibilities
- Support EU paid media strategy execution to meet funnel objectives
- Collaborate with Media agencies and Retailer Media teams to optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, engagement and conversion
- Coordinate with Global brand and Creative teams to brief assets and translate for local markets
- Oversee translation and asset readiness for co-op media investments with retailers
- Incorporate Global directives for NPD launches and events, including messaging and audience strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve KPIs and budget efficiency
- Assist with budget management and platform optimisations across channels
- Analyse creative performance and share findings with Creative and Global teams
- Track competitor and consumer trends to inform ad decisions
- Lead or support reporting on paid media performance against benchmarks
- Ensure finance processes (POs) are raised and reconciled in a timely manner
- Stay updated on trends, ad products, technologies and AI applications to improve KPIs
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration and agile mindset
- Key requirements
- Paid media experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury or retail is preferred
- Strong ability to analyse performance data and derive insights
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate
- Organised with ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Commercially curious about how paid media drives revenue
- Data-led but creatively aware
