Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a superstar Category Manager to lead Skincare & Fragrance category performance across Europe. You will own category plans, portfolio strategy and go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional partners in Marketing, VM, NPD and Supply Chain.
You will build visions, growth plans and local sub‑category opportunities, translate global strategy into regional plans, manage NPD launches and drive pricing, lifecycle and promotional strategies.
