In this Category Analyst role within Europe Marketing, you support the Category Manager to drive Skin & Fragrance performance through analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.
You will build category plans, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities across markets.
The role emphasizes end-to-end launch support, demand planning, and portfolio optimization to boost sales and market share.

Responsibilities
- Support execution of category strategy to drive sales, market share, and portfolio growth
- Assist in building category plans, innovation support, and portfolio updates
- Own category performance tracking and reporting with insights on sales and product productivity
- Analyze portfolio performance to highlight underperforming and high-potential SKUs and support optimization
- Track NPD performance, including launch metrics and post-launch evaluation
- Support end-to-end launch management and cross-market execution
- Coordinate forecasting activities, including NPD volumes and demand planning inputs
- Manage operational product elements (sampling, PPUs coordination) for forecasting and deployment
- Forecast management for TOAs and regional adaptation/development
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure availability and minimize stock risk
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management tracking
- Ensure accuracy and quality of category reporting with NPD tracking and post-launch analysis
- Key requirements
- Some experience in Marketing, ideally beauty, fashion, luxury or retail
- Strong analytical and commercial experience, with background in product/category/brand
- Data-led but creatively aware, balancing performance and brand
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship-building
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize ruthlessly, and influence up in an agile setting
