Overview
As PR Assistant Manager for Europe, you will shape and execute regional PR plans to grow brand awareness and sales.
You’ll collaborate with in-market agencies and cross-functional teams to launch new territories, stores, NPDs and brand campaigns.
Your work amplifies the Charlotte Tilbury story across media, influencers and VIPs to strengthen the brand’s presence in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Develop tailored PR strategies for European markets to boost brand awareness and sales
- Coordinate with regional agencies to implement strategic PR plans for launches, stores, NPDs and campaigns
- Secure consistent brand advocacy across print, digital, broadcast and social outlets with ROI focus
- Build and maintain retailer relationships; plan activities to boost retailer moments
- Drive digital initiatives to support owned e-commerce, affiliate programs, and professional MUA program in Europe
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan launch activities and compelling content for brand portfolio and NPD
- Propose launch plans for key NPDs and campaigns; secure celebrity and influencer credentials
- Manage VIPs and talent with PR manager and Global support; handle sample management
- Report on KPIs, track results and assist with budget management
- Key requirements
- Beauty PR experience (agency or in-house)
- Ability to devise and implement strategic PR plans with creative flair
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English; other EU languages are a plus
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Experience with digital influencers and social media landscape
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
